Joe Hathcock
Joe Hathcock completed his studies in Mechanical Engineering at Arizona State University where he graduated with honors. He began his career as an Engineer for Northrop Grumman in Los Angeles. He later moved into Engineering Management before joining SGL Carbon as a Product line manager. At SGL, Joe was given various management positions with technical and sales responsibilities in the Semiconductor, Formula 1 Racing, Automotive and Aerospace markets. He was a General Manager there for 7 years. In late 2001 Joe joined Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products in Valencia, California. He was hired as the Chief Operating Officer and is now responsible for all Operations within the Medical Imaging and Industrial group.
Wilhelm Wartenberg
Wilhelm Wartenberg started his professional career as a physics laboratory assistant at BASF in Ludwigshafen. In 1974 he joined Amersham Buchler, precursor to today’s Eckert & Ziegler Nuclitec. At Amersham Buchler he was responsible for radiation protection and for the conditioning of the company’s radioactive waste. After the introduction of a national disposal service for radioactive waste in 1976, he developed various conditioning processes for the treatment of radioactive waste. These ranged from processes for releasing waste to the creation of procedure plans for conditioning in accordance with the Konrad final storage requirements. In March 2010 he became CEO of Eckert & Ziegler Nuclitec.
Dr. André Hess
After completing his doctorate studies in chemistry and studies in industrial engineering and management, he worked for several years as scientific assistant at the Humboldt University in Berlin. He joined the Eckert & Ziegler Group in 1996, initially as radiochemist and later as Head of Development and General Manager of different subsidiaries within the Group. In March 2008 Dr. André Hess was recruited as a member of the Board of Directors of Eckert & Ziegler.
Franklin Yeager
Franklin Yeager received his Masters in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and his Bachelors of Mechanical Engineering from the University of Dayton.
He began his career at Fox Technology, Ohio. He then had different managing positions at Lockheed Aeronautical Systems and ABB Composites before becoming Director of SGL Technic Ltd., Scotland.
Franklin Yeager joined Eckert & Ziegler Isotope Products Inc. as President and CEO in 2001.
